  Great company. We had car trouble and ended up being hours late. They didn't change their schedule for us but they tried to help us get on a different scheduled time and were extremely punctual. This is the 2nd time we've taken their ferry over to Portsmouth Island. Highly recommend

  Honestly I feel kind of ripped off. We weren't informed that the vehicle transport fee does not include the people in the vehicle, and were surprised with a few extra fees. We paid $90 for our vehicle but that didn't include our fare of $14 per person even though we were RIDING in the vehicle, or a fuel surcharge. That should have been explained up front when we booked. Also we had an awful time on the island, huge gusts of sandy winds ripped our tents in half. I called to see about getting an additional ferry and was told by someone with a very uncaring voice that if we weren't there in 20 minutes we were out of luck. They ended up sending us an extra ferry since we had nothing but our vehicles to sleep in, so that part was nice of them but honestly I would not use this service again as the surprise charges just aren't good business.
